Living in Southwest Virginia

Roanoke and Christiansburg are located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia, offering excellent access to outdoor recreation with relatively low traffic, short commute times, and a high quality of life.

The region provides easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Appalachian Trail, extensive hiking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, and paddling, as well as the university and college-town amenities of the New River Valley.
