Partnership & Fully Remote Opportunities
Join an established, independent, physician-owned radiology group with a 50-year history in southeastern Massachusetts. Our 21-radiologist practice offers exceptional compensation, flexible schedules, a collaborative work environment, and opportunities for both partnership and employed positions.
Partnership Track — Hybrid On-Site & Remote
Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologists. All partnership-track positions include on-site clinical rotations.
New Graduate Partnership Track
- $600K Year 1; 75% of partner compensation Year 2
- Full partnership after 2 years, no buy-in
- 10-12+ weeks total annual time off, including 7 weeks of requested vacation; remaining time off distributed as scheduled days off
- $75K sign-on bonus
Experienced Radiologist Partnership Track
- $700K Year 1; full partnership after 1 year, no buy-in
- 12-15+ weeks total annual time off, including 8 weeks of requested vacation; remaining time off distributed as scheduled days off
- $75K sign-on bonus
Current full partner compensation: $900K+ annually. Current partner off time 15 weeks+ annually (8 weeks scheduled)
Fully Remote — Employed Positions
All positions are salaried, non-partnership roles with no on-site requirements.
Daytime Radiologist — 7 On / 14 Off
- $500K salary + $25K sign-on bonus
- 8 AM–4:30 PM EST shifts
- Seven consecutive days on, followed by 14 days off
Evening Radiologist — 7 On / 14 Off
- $550K salary + $25K sign-on bonus
- Weekday shifts: 2–10 PM EST
- Weekend shifts: 1–10 PM EST, with flexibility to complete up to 3 hours in the morning
- Seven consecutive days on, followed by 14 days off
Weekday Radiologist — 4 Days/Week
- $625K salary + $50K sign-on bonus
- 8 AM–4:30 PM EST shifts
- No nights or weekends
- 8 weeks vacation
Breast Imaging — Hybrid Employed Position
$675K Salary + $50K Sign-On Bonus
- Four-day workweek, no nights or weekends
- 8 weeks vacation
- Hybrid on-site and remote schedule
Optional Moonlighting: Internal opportunities may provide $100K+ in additional annual compensation, depending on availability and participation.
