About the platform

Who sees my job posting?
Every member of American Radiologists is a verified, practicing radiologist. Membership requires confirmation of active practice through NPI verification (for attendings) or manual review (for residents and fellows). Your posting is visible exclusively to this verified community — no anonymous traffic, no non-physicians, no job seekers from other specialties.
What types of radiologists are in your community?
Our 8,000+ members include attendings across all practice settings — private practice, academic, hospital-employed, and teleradiology — as well as fellows and senior residents actively planning their next position. Subspecialties represented include diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, neuroradiology, breast imaging, body imaging, musculoskeletal, pediatric radiology, and nuclear medicine.
How is this different from other radiology job boards?
Most job boards sell anonymous traffic. We sell access to a specific, verified, engaged community of practicing radiologists. Our members actively discuss jobs, contracts, and career decisions in our private forums — they’re not passive job seekers. Comparable radiology boards charge $300–600 for standard listings. Our pricing is competitive while delivering a more targeted audience.

Job postings

How long does a posting stay active?
All listings are active for 30 days. Some tiers include one or two “bumps” — a re-listing to the top of the feed — which extends effective visibility. You can also purchase additional bumps as an add-on for $75 each.
Is compensation disclosure required?
We strongly encourage compensation disclosure. Our community consists of experienced physicians who expect transparency around compensation structure, salary range, and wRVU rates. Listings with compensation details consistently receive more qualified applicants. Disclosure is not technically required but incomplete listings may underperform.
Can a posting be confidential?
Yes. For $100 additional, we can run a confidential listing where the employer name is hidden. The position details, location, and compensation are shown but the practice or health system is not identified. Applicants contact us and we forward qualified candidates to you. This is common for succession planning, sensitive departures, or competitive recruiting situations.
What types of positions can be posted?
Any radiology position — full-time attending, part-time, teleradiology, locum tenens, fellowship, per diem, and academic faculty positions. We do not accept positions outside of radiology or positions requiring non-physician credentials.
How quickly will my posting go live?
All postings are reviewed before going live. Standard review time is within 24 hours on business days. We review for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with our posting guidelines. You will receive an email confirmation when your listing is live.

Employer types and pricing

What qualifies as independent practice vs. corporate?
Independent practice means a physician-owned radiology group where radiologists hold ownership or partnership stakes. This includes private practices of any size where physicians control the group. Corporate, private equity-backed, and national teleradiology companies — where ownership rests with investors rather than physicians — use the Large Health System / Corporate tier regardless of size.
How do I know which health system tier I fall into?
Large health systems include nationally recognized systems comparable to HCA Healthcare, CommonSpirit Health, Ascension, Providence, Trinity Health, and other top-tier systems by national revenue. Smaller local and regional health systems — community hospitals, regional networks, independent hospital systems — use the Regional tier at $699. If you’re unsure which tier applies, email us at info@americanradiologists.org.
Do you offer annual packages?
Yes. Annual packages are available for independent practices and health systems with ongoing hiring needs. Packages range from $799 for 4 postings to $7,500–9,500 for unlimited enterprise access. See our pricing page for full details or contact us to discuss a custom arrangement.

Payment and process

How does payment work?
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. After selecting your tier and completing payment, you’ll be directed to the job submission form. Your listing will be reviewed and go live within 24 hours. We accept all major credit cards.
Can I get a refund if I don’t get applicants?
We do not offer refunds based on application volume. We guarantee your listing will be visible to our full verified membership for the duration of the posting period. Application volume depends on position details, compensation, location, and timing — factors outside our control. We strongly recommend including full compensation disclosure to maximize response rates.
Can I edit my listing after it goes live?
Yes. Minor edits such as correcting compensation details, updating contact information, or clarifying position requirements can be made by contacting us at info@americanradiologists.org. Major changes such as location or position type may require a new listing.
