Our group (7 radiologists) is looking to add another general radiologist in anticipation of a planed departure/retirement for Spring 2027.
Candidates would need to be relatively comfortable with the gamut of general radiology. Currently, all group members are able to do general ED radiology, mammography and light IR duties (thoras, paras, breast biopsies, etc. Most members are comfortable with MSK MR and/or body MR. Not everyone reads everything and performs all IR procedures. We do our best to work together, utilizing various skill sets.
At this time we are seeking candidates that are able to be onsite to some extent. We would also entertain a hybrid position for candidates that could provide onsite coverage for at least 4-6 weeks. Partnership (1 year track) is preferred but employment is ok as well.
We have 4 daily scheduled slots with a mix of hospital/ED and outpatient work. Currently we work from home ~ 15% with the potential to expand WFH opportunities in the future. We travel ~15% of our shifts with commutes being less than 1 hour and associated earlier finish times. Reasonable daily workload: About 75–80 wRVUs per day on average.
Compensation is made up of a base rate/volume expectation plus productivity. Compensation would also be based on onsite vs offsite work. Average partner compensation is $900,000+ with opportunity to earn more based on productivity. Pay per wRVU is high. Starting salary is negotiable. Full Benefits.
